Mr. Lau is the Managing Partner of the firm. With an extensive career spanning 31 years in the corporate sector, Mr. Lau has served approximately 20 years in investment banks and stockbroking firms. At present, he serves on the boards of publicly listed companies in Malaysia.

Mr. Lau’s primary focus lies in advisory roles for Pre-IPO, IPO, RTO, M&A, general offers, and corporate fundraising, drawing on his vast experience in the capital markets of Malaysia and Singapore.

Mr. Lau earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan Technological University and completed his Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin, United States.
